3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not create multiple free accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect personally identifiable information without consent
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through our distribution features
• Create surveys containing illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the survey content and responses you create. By using the Service, you grant SurveyThis a license to process this data as needed to provide the Service, including AI analysis features.

6. Paid Plans & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for data loss due to service outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

SurveyThis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurveyThis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of material changes via email.
