Configure your account, profile, and organization settings.
Creating Your Account
Sign up at surveythis.online/signup with your email address. After verifying your email, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can start creating surveys immediately.
Your free account includes:
- Up to 3 surveys
- 50 responses per survey
- 1 AI analysis per month
Profile Settings
Navigate to Dashboard → Settings to manage your profile:
- Full Name — Your display name across the platform
- Email — Your login email (contact support to change)
Organization Settings
With a Pro or Business plan, you can configure your organization under Dashboard → Settings → Custom Branding:
- Organization Name — Displayed on your branded surveys
- Logo — Appears in survey headers (PNG, JPEG, SVG, or WebP, max 2MB)
- Brand Color — Applied to survey progress bars, buttons, and accents

Security
SurveyThis uses industry-standard security practices:
- Authentication — Powered by Supabase Auth with secure session management
- Row-Level Security — Database policies ensure you can only access your own data
- Encryption — All connections use TLS/HTTPS
- API Keys — Stored as SHA-256 hashes; the full key is shown only once at creation
- Webhook Secrets — HMAC-SHA256 signed payloads for tamper-proof delivery
